Early birds are clamouring for the worm (I forgot to post this last night), and here it is.
Talk and enjoy.
Update: A super-fun crossword, but not the hardest:
9 thoughts on “DA for the 10/11th of June, 2011”
Warning: typo in 11ac – tablespoons should be plural.
With only one to go, I really liked today’s DA. Very satisfying and very little to recall from history except for a battle and for some va-va-va-voom.
I especially liked 22D, 6D and 29A.
Thanks AS for posting while you’re travelling. A fun one this week.
Fun, but once you sussed the theme, very easy.
Yep, a fairly easy theme and easyish crossword. Liked 3D, 4D, 17D. Didn’t like the typo at 11A. And several please-explains in the other thread.
Great theme – who else but DA would dare do something like this?
Plenty of laughs – particularly liked 4A, 9A, 12A, 13A, 28A, 3D, 8D and, of course, 17D.
Yes, I had a good time too. In a solitary kind of way.
I suspect the Scandinavian trip is all too good. I am one off completing this week’s DA. 11D.
A few fun/clever clues this week!
So far I was particularly tickled by 13D. 21A, 27A, 7D and 24A are good, too.

Still a few to go.
