I’m back in town, without jet lag, and looking forward to a solid session with DA.

Here’s where you can talk about it (although no spoilers until Monday).

I’m heading home this weekend, so I should be able to get back into it next week.

Update: Perhaps as disappointing as the cricket-themed crossword of a couple of years ago:

The stars were aligned on Saturday: RC, TH and me were at the Dog’s Bar in St. Kilda, catching up with each other and with a themed DA. Despite knowing each of the songstresses (TH is a professional music writer and I’m a moonlighting one), we really didn’t get very far at all.

By Sunday, the happy triumvirate was once again dispersed throughout the globe, and DA had once again defeated us.

(And I’m assuming Throsby would be absolutely thrilled to appear in a DA).

And I write this from my hotel room outside overlooking the flying buttresses of a church near Jourdain station, around the Bellevue area.

Paris is awesome; cryptic crosswords are too.
